Why do you need to connect Amazon?

To provide view your data and optimize bids, AdLabs requires access to your Amazon accounts.

We employ the Amazon Ads API to:

1. Update data for your profiles

2. Implement bid and state changes to your campaigns and targets based on your actions

AdLabs prioritizes your privacy by safeguarding your data. We do not share data with others and will never make changes to your account without your express permission.

Once you connect your Amazon profiles, we will initiate a backfill of data which usually takes ~30 minutes.

Will clients be notified about this connection?

No, Amazon does not notify brands when an Advertising Account Manager connects a third-party application.

However, if the brand goes to Administration > Account Access & Settings, they can see all authorized users as well as applications which that user has authorized (whether or not the application is currently being used):
