Amazon recommends creating an Advertising Manager account which has recent updates to some of these bugs (note: this is separate from a normal advertising account).

While Amazon works to resolve these issues, you may try the following troubleshooting steps.
First, please check to ensure you have the correct user permissions.
Next, check to see if the profile is appearing as a different name.
If the seller has ever changed the name of their selling or advertising account, the API will reflect the old/original name of the account (this is what you will see in AdLabs).
Tip: In the Amazon Ad Console, when switching accounts, you may see the old name flash for a millisecond before it updates in your browser.
If you are 100% positive that you have the correct permissions and the advertising profile isn't appearing at all (including other names), then this is a confirmed bug from Amazon's end:
We've been pressuring Amazon to fix this for months now, they've told us "it's complicated."
